New parishioners are always welcome to join any of the three Parishes in the collaborative. If you were registered at another Parish outside of the collaborative , please call them to cancel your registration especially if you are receiving envelopes. There are two ways that you can register.
The traditional way is filling out a registration form. Identical forms are found at the doors and bulletin boards of all three Church. On the form there is a box to select the Church of registration.
You can also register on-line which is the preferred approach because we do not have to read and retype a hand-written form. It is easy to make mistakes in doing this. There are two steps to registering on-line, and both steps must be followed to complete the registration process
The first step is to click on the appropriate link below, and fill out a basic form with household or family information.
You will then receive by email an invitation to a "member portal". In the email there will be a link to register for the Member Portal. After you click on the link you will register for the Member Portal by selecting a password. The household email address is your account name.
When you first enter the Member Portal you will see the household information that you have already given us. Notice that there are no members listed in your house hold. To add members click on the link that read "new members". A box will pop up and you include the name of the individual member.
You will then be brought to another screen where give us personal information for this member. Please fill out the box for cell phone and email. The other information that you will need to fill out is under the miscellaneous tab. Please give us date of birth and maiden name if appropriate. There is a box to check if the household member is non-catholic and/or not a member of the Parish. You will see there is a box to select the primary language of the family member. Finally, there are two boxes that read "not specified". In the top one of these you can choose the marital status of the individual and in the bottom one the gender.
You need to give us member information for each member of the family including personal information for the primary household member.
You can also use the member portal to update your information if it changes with no need to contact the Parish Office. Save your password to reenter.
How do you want to financially support the Parish in your practice of Good Stewardship? If you want to receive envelopes please email or call the parish office. We suggest that you register for on-line giving which you can do so from the collaborative web site.
Don't forget to introduce yourself to Fr. Babiczuk after Mass.
