How to use the YouTube App. The mass is being streamed to Fr. Fred's YouTube account which means that you can watch it through the Youtube app on a "smart tv" or a streaming media device such as Roku or Fire stick. How do you do this? First, you need to have the Youtube app either on a smart TV or on a Streaming Media Device. You also need to have a personal Youtube account, and you need to sign into the YouTube app with your account. Finally, you need to subscribe to Fr. Fred YouTube channel which is best done from a computer, smart phone, or tablet. The exact name of his account is "Fred Babiczuk. You can then access all your subscribed YouTube channels easily on your TV. To find your subscribed channels go to the far left to "subscriptions". You will find all of your subscribed YouTube channels. Another great YouTube channel is the Vatican Live through which you can watch events of the Pope such as his morning Mass.
Rewind the stream: YouTube allows you to rewind the Live Stream if you missed the Mass. with your remove. by clicking on a earlier part of the red bar at the bottom. Using the up button on your remote highlight the red bar at the bottom of the screen. You can move backward or forward in the stream using the left or right button. To return to the Live Stream click on "live". When the stream is live there is a red dot to the left of "live".
