Faith Formation Registration 2022-23

The 2022-23 Faith Formation registration ended on Friday, September 9th but these instructions are for those who are registering late and have been directed here. Families who are new to any of our parishes or have a child going into Grade 1 this year are required to meet with our pastor, Fr. Fred, and register with him in person. Please call the Collaborative Office at 508-824-3333 or the Faith Formation Office at 508-824-4545 to secure an appointment.
 
All of the following steps need to be completed in order to register your child this year:
First, you’ll be asked to fill out some basic information in our Gabriel parish data base system and then be directed by a link to our payment portal. Once there, a few more informational questions will be required for our files, including providing a copy of your child’s baptismal certificate if they were not baptized at either St. Anthony, St. Jude or St. Mary. Then you’ll be able to use either a credit/debit card, Google Pay (if you use that) or a withdrawal from your checking account to complete the process. But wait…there’s more…

The fees for this year are as follows:
   One child -- $50          Two children -- $80        Three of more children -- $99
For 1st Eucharist and Confirmation, a small additional fee will be collected later in the year. We realize that this year’s fees, like everything else these days, have risen some but please know that this income is used to defray the costs of the program and are in line with other parishes around us. If any family finds the fees too much of a hardship and needs relief, please speak with Fr. Fred, Jane Santos or Beth Hoye before registering.
